Normally, I would call off a weeding session due to wet conditions, but I was so psyched to have Jake offer to help out that I headed out, too. It was a quick job due to the thorough job done last month and we were done in about half an hour. Jake learned about weeds and we had a chance to talk about permaculture, which he will be studying this summer in NY. Looking forward to him coming back in the fall and joining us again. Next weeding and beautification session will be Wednesday, June 9th, 5 -7 p.m. I will be out of the country so we need a weeding leader!
